Digital Account Manager

OverviewA global presentations and communications agency, certified as a “Great Place To Work” and famed for its creative work with international high-growth enterprises, is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join the team, working alongside the client services team to manage complex projects for a range of enterprise technology clients.
If you have at least three years of experience working within a creative/marketing agency as either Project Manager or Account Manager, excellent Project Management skills, and the ability to work across multiple projects for multiple accounts simultaneously, then this role is for you!
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Location: Nottingham, England, United Kingdom

Responsibilities
Own projects from initial brief to project delivery with strong planning and delivery
Coordinate cross-agency teams, including designers, content writers and freelancers
Be a point of contact for clients, leading status calls and feedback rounds
Work to create and manage project timelines, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated
Utilise PM technology, including Scoro, Monday, Smartsheet or similar
Maintain internal CRM systems, project trackers, scheduling and tracking hours
Work well under pressure, adapt to project changes while keeping client communications
Think independently with a problem-solving mentality
Qualifications
At least three years of experience working within a creative/marketing agency as either Project Manager or Account Manager, with excellent project management skills and the ability to work across multiple projects for multiple accounts simultaneously
At least two years of experience in a creative agency environment with a strong understanding of the design process, including relevant terminology
Must have experience using relevant PM technology, including Scoro, Monday, Smartsheet or similar
Must be comfortable taking responsibility for the internal CRM systems, including maintaining project trackers, scheduling and tracking hours
Must be an independent thinker with a problem-solving mentality
