This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who thrives on shaping land and property opportunities from concept through to delivery. The Role You ll play a key role in identifying, appraising, and progressing development opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed use schemes. Working closely with landowners, developers, and internal specialists, you ll provide strategic advice, undertake viability assessments, manage negotiations, and support projects through the planning and disposal process.
