Conrad Consulting is delighted to be supporting a respected and forward-thinking property practice as they look to appoint a Development Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who thrives on shaping land and property opportunities from concept through to delivery.

You’ll play a key role in identifying, appraising, and progressing development opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. Working closely with landowners, developers, and internal specialists, you’ll provide strategic advice, undertake viability assessments, manage negotiations, and support projects through the planning and disposal process.

• RICS qualification (MRICS or AssocRICS)

• Strong understanding of development appraisal, land promotion, and planning processes

• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships

• A proactive, analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
