Development Manager Location: South London (Hybrid or Remote)Job Type: Permanent A well-established law firm is looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead its software development function and help drive the delivery of high-quality business-critical applications. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management with technical oversight. You''ll work closely with IT and business stakeholders to improve development processes, support software delivery and guide technical decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the development function. Improve SDLC, Agile and DevOps practices. Drive engineering standards and software quality.
