Design Managers

Our client, a leading firm within the water industry, is currently seeking skilled Design Managers to join their team. This role focuses on civil engineering projects within wastewater infrastructure, including CSOs and pipelines, across multiple locations such as Epsom, London, Peterborough, and Cambridge.Key Responsibilities:Managing the design process for civil engineering projects in the water sectorCoordinating with project teams to ensure designs comply with industry standards and client requirementsOverseeing the design of wastewater infrastructure, including CSOs and pipelinesEnsuring project milestones and deliverables are met within the set timelinesCollaborating with stakeholders in Thames, Anglian, and SEW regions to ensure effective delivery of projectsProviding technical guidance and support to design teamsMaintaining accurate project documentation and recordsReporting on project progress to senior management and clientsJob Requirements:Considerable experience in civil engineering design, particularly within the water sectorUnderstanding of wastewater infrastructure projects and associated regulationsProficiency in design management tools and softwareStrong organisational and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a hybrid working model (3 days on-site, rest working from home)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDegree in civil engineering or a related disciplinePrior experience working within Thames, Anglian, or SEW regions ..... full job details .....
