Design Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Design Manager to join our Strategic Projects business.You will be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and current projects. About youThe successful candidate will have experience of working for a main contractor on construction projectsKnowledge of Design and Engineering ProceduresHave a solid understanding of design processes, CAD systems, drawings and modelsHND/HNC/Degree or equivalent Membership of relevant Professional Institute i.e. CIOBAbility to lead and provide a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the Client at Bid/Delivery stageExperience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work procurement routesExperience on bidding and winning workIf your past experience doesn''t match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
