Own, maintain, and continuously improve the Design Process documentation, ensuring it supports efficient manufacturing and installation processes. 3. Maintain structured development plans and regular performance discussions for all Design Team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. 4. Work collaboratively with other Design Managers to ensure aligned processes and consistent departmental management across all business streams.
