About the Role A forward-thinking developer and construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to oversee the design process from concept through to delivery. Working closely with consultants, contractors and project teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Manage design teams throughout project lifecycles. Coordinate consultants and specialist subcontractors. Lead design reviews and technical workshops. Ensure compliance with planning, regulatory and client requirements. Monitor programme milestones and design deliverables. Support project delivery teams during construction phases.
