Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a qualified Design and Technology Teacher for full-time, long-term positions and day-to-day supply work across Surrey. This role is suitable for teachers with experience across Design and Technology, Food Technology and Art. As a Design and Technology Teacher, you''ll inspire students to develop practical, creative and problem-solving skills across these subjects. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress and collaborate with colleagues. The ideal Design and Technology Teacher will hold a PGCE and QTS or QTLS, and early career teachers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Design and Technology Teacher lessons across DandT, Food Technology and Art. Inspire creativity, practical skills and technical knowledge across all three subjects. Assess and monitor student progress across design, technology, food technology and art. Collaborate with other Design and Technology Teachers, Art Teachers and school staff. Support school academic goals and exam preparation. Requirements: QTS or QTLS certification. PGCE or equivalent qualification. Experience teaching Design and Technology, Food Technology, Art or a combination of these subjects.
