Senior Manager / Director - Information Systems and Technology The organisation Cobalt is partnering with a major global real estate investment and asset management organisation with a strong UK presence to appoint a Senior Manager / IT Director to its London operation. This is a senior technology leadership opportunity with a broad remit across enterprise applications, end-user operations, infrastructure and the implementation of AI. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape how technology services are delivered while leading several critical IT functions. The role and responsibilities As Senior IT Manager / IT Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across application services, end-user support and London-based corporate IT network and systems resources. The role combines technology leadership with oversight of service delivery, projects and infrastructure. Responsibilities will include: Leading the team responsible for Entrata application services, covering availability, performance, upgrades, incidents and vendor relationships. Leading end-user operations and ensuring IT issues are resolved effectively while improving the overall user experience. Identifying and overseeing opportunities for AI implementation that can improve technology services and business operations.
