Deputy Store Manager

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPI''s.

Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants; motivate, inspire and develop the team, always willing to lead by example.

Support in creating magical moments for customers and their families and place the customer first.

Act as a key ambassador for the brand and provide excellent in-store personal shopping experiences and product knowledge as required.

Qualifications

Experienced Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager with a track record of leading retail teams.

Strong customer focus and ability to lead by example.
