Be a role model – motivate and engage your team to bring the brand values to life every day, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere and celebrating success.Own all sales and profit results, drive cost management per the PandL, including payroll management and sales and KPIs.Deliver outstanding service to customers, demonstrating role model behaviours for the team.Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes; develop and maintain relationships across the business, with customers and community partners.Foster a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.Ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood and implemented (security, people, health and safety, stock management).Identify innovative methods to boost customer loyalty and drive the brand locally within the community.Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt stock placement and smooth store operations.Responsible for change management in-store and engaging the team with new ways of working.Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Experience in a management role in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.Commercial mindset with a proven sales background and experience setting and delivering store KPIs.Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in POS systems.Budget management experience, including payroll and expenses.Exceptional customer service and team management skills, with a track record of developing others.Interest in and awareness of market trends in retail.Working Conditions
