We are recruiting a Deputy Production Manager to join an established manufacturing business in Devizes.Working alongside the Production Manager, you will help lead production teams, improve operational performance and ensure quality, delivery and efficiency targets are achieved. You will also oversee the development of the site''s Training School, supporting employee development and future skills planning.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee production teams and ensure targets are achieved.Monitor performance and drive improvements in productivity, quality and delivery.Manage labour and resources to meet production demands.Work with Planning, Quality and Maintenance to resolve operational issues.Develop the Training School and support employee training and succession planning.Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders.Support performance management and employee development.Promote continuous improvement, Health and Safety and 5S standards.Deputise for the Production Manager when required.About YouYou will have experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment, with the ability to manage priorities, solve problems and motivate people.Experience in production management, ..... full job details .....
