As Deputy Nursery Manager, you''ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, working alongside the Nursery Manager to create an inspiring, safe and nurturing environment where children thrive.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the daily management of the nursery

• Leading and motivating a passionate Early Years team

• Maintaining outstanding standards of safeguarding, care and education

• Supporting planning, observations and the delivery of the EYFS curriculum

• Coaching and developing staff to deliver high-quality practice

• Building positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals

• Helping to drive continuous improvement across the setting

• A Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant in line with DfE requirements)

• Previous experience in a senior nursery or leadership role

• A strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and safeguarding requirements

• A confident and supportive leader who enjoys developing others

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A positive, proactive and child-centred approach
