Nursery Manager Location: Roehampton, Wandsworth, LondonSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annumJob Type: Full TimeStart Date: ASAP / September 2026 About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Roehampton. The Nursery Manager will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding and compliance are maintained. Working alongside a dedicated team, the Nursery Manager will provide strong leadership and create an environment where children, staff and families feel valued and supported. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for children and developing a high-performing nursery team. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the nursery. Ensure the setting consistently meets EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements. Lead, motivate and support the nursery team, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment. Oversee staff performance, development, training and professional progression. Ensure children receive high-quality care, education and learning opportunities. Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.
