Leading and inspiring the team through supervision, appraisals, professional development and training. Managing the home effectively in the absence of the Registered Manager. Ensuring the home provides a safe, welcoming and homely environment. Maintaining high standards of care and supporting positive outcomes for young people. Managing health and safety procedures and risk assessments. Ensuring team training remains up to date and compliant.
