We''re seeking an experienced and talented Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager in this prestigious and peaceful medium sized Elderly and Dementia residential care home in Brooke, Norwich.Role As Deputy Manager, you''ll help lead the care team and work closely with the Home Manager to keep everything running smoothly and ensure all of the residents receive the highest quality of care.You''ll be a key role model for the care staff - guiding, mentoring, and supporting them through hands-on training and everyday leadership.
