Deputy Manager (Clinical)Location: Lowestoft, SuffolkSalary: 52,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join a well-established nursing home in Lowestoft.This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC Registered Nurse with previous Deputy Manager experience who is looking to take on a senior clinical leadership role and support the Home Manager with the overall running of the service.The RoleYou will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate nursing care, while providing strong clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.Providing clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care teams.Ensuring high standards of care in line with CQC requirements and company policies.Leading clinical audits and supporting continuous improvement.Reviewing care plans, risk assessments, medication and clinical documentation.Supporting pre-admission assessments and ongoing reviews of residents'' needs.Mentoring, supervising and developing nurses and care staff.Taking responsibility for the home in the Home Manager''s absence.Working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.Promoting person-centred care, dignity, choice and wellbeing.Ensuring safeguarding procedures and clinical governance standards are ..... full job details .....
