Position: Care Home Manager
Location:-Beccles, Suffolk
Salary: -40,000 - -45,000 per annum + 10% Annual Bonus (DOE)
Hours: Full Time

CareerMakers Healthcare are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a specialist Learning Disability service in Suffolk.

Responsibilities as a Care Home Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and support.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal policies.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and service performance effectively.

Requirements as a Care Home Manager:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager within a Learning Disability service.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
