Salary: -50,000 per Annum
PSR Solutions are proud to be partnering with an award-winning and reputable care provider in the search for an exceptional Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring residents received high quality care.
You''ll lead and support care staff, and step in for the Home Manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding care staff, leading by example
- Helping with new resident assessments and ensuring care plans and records are kept up to date
- Working closely with families and external professionals to maintain strong communication and relationships
- Driving the highest CQC standards and safeguarding best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
- Strong understanding of residents'' needs and how to deliver excellent care
- Sound knowledge of CQC standards
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
- Confidence in involving residents and families in creating and reviewing care plans
