This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Deputy or Assistant Head ready to take the next step, or further develop their impact within a forward-thinking, inclusive setting.Role Overview Start Date: September 2026 Salary: Leadership Scale ( 61,000 - 86,000) - Based on experience Location: North London Position: Deputy Headteacher - Specialist SEN School Requirement: QTS and senior leadership experienceAs Deputy Headteacher, you will work closely with the Headteacher to drive strategic improvement, with a particular focus on quality of education, staff development, and pupil outcomes.
