Deputy Headteacher

Stockland Green School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and driven Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role focused on shaping and sustaining outstanding standards in behaviour, culture and ethos, while driving improvements in attendance and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding across the school. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership on behaviour, culture and ethos, embedding high expectations and consistency across the school. Lead robust systems to improve attendance, ensuring barriers to learning are identified and addressed effectively. Oversee safeguarding provision, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a strong safeguarding culture. Drive a positive, inclusive school culture that supports student wellbeing, personal development and academic success. Line manage key pastoral and inclusion staff, ensuring accountability and impact. Provide strategic oversight of the school''s Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, ensuring high-quality provision and strong student outcomes.
