Think of us as your one-stop-shop for a great activity packed experience, because bowling is not the only thing were good at, we have arcades, beer-pong, e-darts, virtual reality, karting, shooting booths, karaoke booths, batting cages and much more!Could you be what were looking for?Our ideal candidate is a Deputy General Manager who has a passion about delivering excellent guest service, developing their team through coaching and training, and has the ability to run a large, multi-faceted business, with multiple revenue streams.Do you have 3+ years of Management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or FandB sector?Are you able to lead by example and supervise a team?Can you inspire and motivate wider teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience?Are you welcoming, and supportive of those around you?Have you got a positive, can-do, and problem-solving attitude?Do you have the ability to create a sense of fun?Are you able to work shift patterns?The RoleAs a Deputy General Manager you will work alongside the General Manager in all areas of the venue and make operational decisions on daily matters of importanceManaging the daily operation of the entire venue, including the selection, training, development and performance management of all staffFull profit and loss responsibilityAs a Deputy General Manager you will adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales, minimise costs, beverage, supply and labour costsBe fully accountable for all process and procedures within the business from daily transactions to inventory managementAs a Deputy General Manager you will be expected to actively participate in all areas of the operation from gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour whilst maintaining required standards of operation in daily activitiesEnsure positive guest service in all areas.
