Support the General Manager and lead the home in their absenceOversee care standards through audits, clinical supervision, and compliance checksLead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional careDevelop and implement strategies to enhance resident wellbeing and quality of lifeEssential Criteria

Registered Nurse (NMC) with mentoring/supervision qualificationExperience supporting residents with varied health needsStrong track record in safeguarding, clinical risk assessment, and HR processesKnowledge of budget management, sales and marketingCompassionate, resilient, and committed to quality careWhy Join Us?
