As an Assistant General Manager at The Trading House, you\''ll split your time between:Leading and developing the Restaurant and Bar Managers.Working closely with the Senior Kitchen team to gain a deeper operational understanding.Owning appraisals, 1:1 meetings, HR issues and recruitment.Being the go-to person for your team - handling queries, questions and challenges with confidence.Executing the General Manager\''s vision with precision and consistency.Driving performance through your Duty Managers - tracking progress, motivating, and ensuring targets are not only met but exceeded.Playing a pivotal role in strengthening guest relationships and growing sales on site.Having a focus at all times on eventing and outside sales driving to maximise revenue, working closely with the central sales team to deliver a strong pipeline of bookings.This is the ultimate people role - but with an added edge: we want someone who can combine exceptional leadership with a strong commercial mindset.Why join us?
