WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the daily operation of the home, deputising fully in their absence and ensuring the home consistently meets CQC standards and best practice. Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management and operational running of the home. Lead, supervise and support care staff, including conducting supervisions, performance reviews and competency checks. Oversee the development, implementation and review of person-centred care plans and risk assessments, particularly for residents living with dementia.
