Drive operational performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.Monitor stock, resources, budgets, and branch performance.Develop and support the Branch Supervisor to confidently manage the branch in your absence.Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture.Review performance against KPIs and implement improvements where needed. ..... full job details .....
