The role is based in the HandM Rugby store.Our Leaders aim to develop our people and grow our business. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store''s sales and profit, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.Key responsibilities:Lead with a vision to provide the best experience for colleagues and customersEvaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support their development and trainingAnalyze and follow up on Sales and Profit KPIs for your departmentEnsure Health and Safety, legal, and security standards are met according to HandM and local laws to ensure safety for employees and customersQualificationsWe are looking for candidates who have:Management experience in a customer-facing environmentExperience leading and managing teamsA passion for profitability and peopleA customer-first mindsetAdditional InformationAvailability to work fully flexible 7 days a week, including weekends.BenefitsWe offer attractive benefits and extensive development opportunities within HandM Group worldwide.
