Job DescriptionThis is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, based in the Edinburgh Area (Edinburgh City Centre, Fort Kinnaird, Ocean Terminal).Our Leaders aim to grow our people and business. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store''s sales and profit, and deliver a Customer First Experience with your team.Key responsibilities:You lead with a vision to secure the best experience for colleagues and customers.You evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support development and training.You analyze and follow up on Sales and Profit KPIs for your department.You ensure Health and Safety, legal, and security standards comply with HandM and local laws to ensure safety for employees and customers.Qualifications:Management experience in a customer-facing environment.Experience in leading and managing teams.A passion for profitability and people.A customer-first mindset.Availability: Fully flexible, including weekends.Benefits:We offer attractive benefits with development opportunities across the globe.
