Demolition Project ManagerProject Locations: South East EnglandSalary: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE + Package (company vehicle, pension, healthcare, etc)A leading UK specialist civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to join their growing team, delivering complex petrochemical decommissioning and industrial demolition projects across the South East of England.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering challenging demolition, civil engineering, structural, and infrastructure schemes throughout the UK.The RoleAs a Demolition Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of large-scale industrial and petrochemical decommissioning projects, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.Key responsibilities will include: Managing demolition and decommissioning projects from pre-construction through to completionCoordinating site teams, subcontractors, plant, and resourcesEnsuring strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsProducing and reviewing project programmes and progress reportsManaging client relationships and attending project meetingsMonitoring project performance, budgets, and commercial aspectsIdentifying and mitigating project risksDriving operational excellence across multiple project sites RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you will ..... full job details .....
