Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Coordinate cross functional teams, facilitating collaboration and communication to achieve project goals.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary.Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes and methodologies.Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project delivery.Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Project Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.Preferred Skills

Experience in managing projects in a remote work environment.Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2).Knowledge of change management principles and practices.Experience in stakeholder management and engagement strategies.Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.10-15 years of experience in Delivery Management or a related field.Proven experience in leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects.Additional Details
