Overview

This new role will identify, drive and implement strategic change initiatives that improve our DMEX and customer experience performance. You will be a key custodian of DMEX improvement activity, ensuring we have a clear vision and championing change. Your key responsibilities will include:Responsibilities

Contract: PermanentSalary: Competitive salary from £47,000 to £58,000 per annum, depending on experienceOverview continued

This is an exciting new role at Thames Water to drive performance and change. As a Delivery Manager you will be looking at improving the experience of our Developer Services customers, measured via the regulatory DMEX performance, which is a key driver for our team.
