They are building small, agile teams that work directly with MOD customers to deliver mission-critical data services.The RoleAs Lead Delivery Manager, you will oversee multiple agile teams and cross-programme delivery. You’ll provide governance, reporting and assurance across several workstreams, while engaging senior Defence stakeholders. This role requires a “heavy-hitter” with strong programme management experience, able to balance delivery oversight with client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and direct Agile Team Leads and Delivery Managers across multiple streams.Ensure programme governance, risk management and reporting to senior Defence stakeholders.Build trusted relationships with MOD customers, guiding delivery priorities.Coach, mentor and support delivery professionals.Drive alignment of outcomes to programme objectives.Candidate ProfileMust hold active MOD DV clearance.Strong track record of programme and delivery management in Defence.Experience overseeing multiple agile software/data teams.Skilled in stakeholder engagement and consulting in secure environments.Excellent commercial and governance awareness.If you have the skills, required clearance, experience, and passion to lead in cyber security, we want to hear from you.
