Role overview: Manage complex, end-to-end client projects from inception and requirements definition through to delivery. Contribute to the company’s values and continuously improve project delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

Project delivery: Ensure successful delivery of projects with high-quality deliverables, meeting deadlines and staying within estimations. Deliver projects across multiple platforms via third parties. Adhere to the Life of a Deal (L.O.A.D.) processes and resource projects effectively.

Budget and financial management: Prepare and structure estimates for agreed scope, track financial status, highlight overruns, escalate issues, and ensure delivery within margins. Ensure quality and peer reviews of documentation and deliverables. Maintain timesheet and status report compliance.

Stakeholder management: Manage multiple suppliers, partners and clients, keep stakeholders informed, and strive for high client satisfaction.

Scope and risk management: Define scope, manage changes, proactively identify and mitigate risk, and manage colleagues and clients assertively.

Business development: Contribute to project management content for new business pitches where possible.

Line management: Line manage at least one member of the delivery team.

Qualifications

Experience within the digital industry; 5+ years of project management experience.

Proven track record managing projects and products in innovative, interactive, consumer-focused transformation environments.

Experience with full life-cycle projects and products typically above £350k.

Strong knowledge of project management and product development best practices.

Excellent communication skills across all mediums (presentation, written, verbal).

Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to build relationships and work under pressure.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial with collaborative, team-based approach; strong business acumen and sound judgment.

Commitment to quality, high standards of excellence and integrity; attention to detail.

Ability to encourage creative thinking, champion change, and adapt communication style for maximum effectiveness.
