with a proven track record of agency success.Strong

business development skills

consultative, solutions-focused communicator

who prioritizes quality over quantity.Resilient and

results-driven , comfortable working towards clear targets.Consistent billers with a solid understanding of their numbers and KPIs.Organised, proactive, and able to demonstrate how coaching and feedback have shaped their growth.Skilled in

market mapping
