The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a skilled Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives, driving customer success through their cloud journey with technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, you will architect complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions tailored to customer needs. You will gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS while guiding customers on industry trends and innovative solutions.The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team that helps customers realize desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud, working with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud initiatives.Responsibilities

Design and develop robust and scalable AI/ML solutions for business problemsInteract with customers to understand business problems and aid in implementing their ML ecosystemUtilize Foundation Models on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker to meet performance needsAnalyze large datasets to automate and optimize key processesCommunicate rigorously and clearly, translating mathematical concepts for non-expertsCollaborate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environmentShare knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifactsBasic Qualifications

3+ years in cloud architecture and hands-on ML implementation, including building, validating, and deploying GenAI models5+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical business environment3+ years handling large datasets with strong software development skills in Python and at least one other language (e.g., Java, C#)Strong understanding of DevOps practices and interest in AI/ML solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead across organizations in German and EnglishPreferred Qualifications

3+ years of technical experience with AWS AI/ML tech stack and Generative AI trends3+ years of application development with serverless technologies and training distributed ML models on CPU/GPUExperience serving ML models via real-time APIs and deploying production-grade ML solutions on public cloudsKnowledge of vertical use cases for large language models in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.Proficiency with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)AWS Professional or Specialty certifications (e.g., ML Specialty)Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiencesAbout The Team
