RoleDelivery Consultant (London startup consultancy) focused on AI-driven change. They work with NHS, Network Rail, the University of Oxford, and PE-backed scale-ups to reimagine operating models, optimise processes, and embed intelligent automation.

You’ll work directly with:

The Founder and MD, with experience in global integrations, multimillion-pound programmes, and automation initiatives for organisations like JLR and BT.

A Consulting Director (ex-PwC) who has delivered AI-enabled transformations for clients such as the Met Police and now shapes the AI-first consulting playbook.

What you’ll do

Facilitate agile ceremonies, capture requirements, and shape solution designs.

Map and optimise processes, embedding Lean thinking and AI-first approaches.

Manage delivery, risks, and client communications with clarity and structure.

Collaborate with colleagues across consulting, data, and development, learning and contributing in equal measure.

What you bring

3–5 years in consulting (Big 4 or boutique).

Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.

Clear communication and the ability to build trusted relationships.

Shape and deliver AI and automation solutions with clients across health, infrastructure, academia, and PE-backed growth.
