Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: Continental Days-Only Shift Pattern

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Days Only Shift Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a corporate facility in Canary Wharf, working for a blue-chip client. What you''ll do:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services.
• Fault-find and repair systems including lighting, power distribution, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and associated building services equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring faults are diagnosed and resolved efficiently.
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
• Support minor works, repairs, and general engineering tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.

What you''ll bring:

• City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical or mechanical systems.
• Good understanding of commercial building services and maintenance procedures.
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance.
