What you''ll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services. Fault-find and repair systems including lighting, power distribution, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and associated building services equipment. Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring faults are diagnosed and resolved efficiently. Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Support minor works, repairs, and general engineering tasks as required. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety and compliance requirements. What you''ll bring: City and Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline. Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
