We''re looking to speak with individuals who have experience leading manufacturing teams within a COMAH Manufacturing and Production environment. Candidates may currently be working as a Days Manager, Shift Manager, Production Supervisor, First Line Manager, Team Leader, Production Leader or Line Leader. The successful Days Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient production, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting process safety initiatives, and driving team performance across site.
