E3 Recruitment are recruiting for a Days Manager on behalf of a global chemical manufacturer based in Bradford.

We''re looking to speak with individuals who have experience leading manufacturing teams within a COMAH Manufacturing and Production environment. Candidates may currently be working as a Days Manager, Shift Manager, Production Supervisor, First Line Manager, Team Leader, Production Leader or Line Leader.

The successful Days Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe and efficient production, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting process safety initiatives, and driving team performance across site.

To be considered, you should have:

• Experience in a manufacturing leadership position
• Experience working within a COMAH environment
• Exposure to chemical processing or reaction-based manufacturing operations
• HND, ONC or equivalent technical qualification, or relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of safety, operational and production requirements within a manufacturing plant

Key responsibilities of Days Manager include:

• Leading plant operations safely and efficiently
• Supporting HAZOPs, risk assessments and safety audits
• Coordinating maintenance and engineering activities
• Managing process safety incidents and investigations
• Ensuring production targets are achieved
• Coaching and developing operators and production teams
• Liaising with Maintenance, Supply Chain and Operations teams
• Driving compliance with site procedures and operational standards
