About the Role
Day Shift Warehouse Operatives are needed in Thornbury for full-time, part-time, and flexible hours. The pay is £13.79–£19.31 per hour, with premium rates after 40 hours and increases following a 12-week probation. Shifts run 8am–4pm, Monday to Sunday, including weekend days. Key skills involve working in chilled and ambient conditions, breaking down and allocating goods, and meeting targets set by the shift manager. Additional duties may apply. Benefits include free parking, regular overtime, bonus payments through December, and a possible permanent contract for suitable candidates. Immediate starts are available.
Mon-Fri £13.79ph, Sat/Sun £16.55ph and up to £19.31 after 40 hours, pay rates increasing after 12 weeks probation. Full time ongoing day shift warehouse positions in Thornbury. 8am-4pm shifts.

The role:
- 8am-4pm
- 5 out of 7 shift patterns including 1 or 2 weekend days
As a Warehouse Operative you will be:
- Working in a chilled and ambient environment
- Breaking down and allocating goods
- Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager
- Other duties which may include heavy lifting
The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
- Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
