About the Role
Pertemps BOC is recruiting Day Shift Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start in Faversham. These full-time, temporary positions offer flexible hours with a salary of £13.38 to £15.01 per hour, including premium rates for weekends and overtime. Duties involve picking food products using a voice pick system for a supermarket, working within chilled and ambient environments. Key skills include attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Benefits include free parking, a subsidised canteen, and the possibility of a permanent contract. Shift start times are 8am or 9:30am, with regular overtime available during peak periods.

Basic Rate: Monday to Friday £13.38 per hour
Weekend Rate: Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays £15.01 per hour

- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Must have a good attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable
- Ability to work under pressure, and to deadlines
- Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance
