Echo managed Services are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Migration Project Manager on a 6-month FTC basis. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, technical expertise in data migration tools and platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The Role:
You will join the Echo team working on an already inflight implementation of our latest product a cloud-based SaaS billing solution built around the Salesforce platform.
As a member of the Echo Professional Services team, you''ll play a pivotal role in the implementation of software to our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in driving excellence, improving processes, and providing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines for all data migration activities
Communicate project updates, risks, and challenges clearly and effectively to all stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations to meet project milestones
Provide mentorship and direction to data analysts, developers, and business analysts
Tailor governance frameworks to meet internal and client expectations
Manage risks and issues, maintaining RAID logs and mitigation plans
Track and report on project budget, ensuring spend aligns with forecasts and targets
Apply expertise in data migration tools, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably Salesforce)
Qualifications
Proven track record of managing large-scale data migration projects
Extensive experience in the utilities sector, ideally within water or energy environments
Strong command of ETL processes, including data mapping, transformation logic, and validation protocols
Proficient in SQL, data migration tools, and cloud-based platforms (preferably Salesforce)
Skilled in data governance, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Experience working in client-facing roles, particularly within outsourced service delivery models
Familiarity with GDPR and data protection standards relevant to customer and billing data
