Data Manager, 2 week temporary booking initially, Marketing Agency, London, £16-£18 per hour plus holiday accrualLondon based Marketing Agency with International clients needs confident Data Manager with Advanced Excel to support the preparation for an outreach project on behalf of one of their clients. This is a temporary role to start in July for two weeks, possibly longer.Responsibilities include: Manage large MS Excel Spreadsheets and prepare data for use by agents and clientsDe-dupe (de-duplicate) large lists of delegates to understand conference registrations and agent engagementManage centralized Master Spreadsheets which power all aspects of these campaigns; and stay on top of changes over timeSegmenting information in order that the Manager can make informed decisions about the project progressRequired Skills MS Excel: High degree of experience / knowledge, plus databasesAttention to detail and deadline drivenAbility to understand the business logic of what is requiredBeing comfortable to work in a lively, fast moving environmentAbility to manage a large amount of data so agents can engage these individualsDue to the large number of applications that we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Val Wade Recruitment are actively looking for applicants from underrepresented communities and pride ourselves as an equal opportunities'' employer and agency. ..... full job details .....
