Data Lead - Business Analyst Up to £100,000-£120,000 About the Role We are seeking a data leader who can drive the analysis, validation and optimisation of cross-asset trading and post-trade processes within a large, complex and highly regulated financial environment. This role sits at the centre of major multi-year transformation projects focused on data quality, trade lifecycle integrity and strategic change across Investment Banking technology. This position is ideal for someone with strong business analysis expertise, deep understanding of the trade lifecycle, and the ability to translate complex operational, regulatory and data-driven requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You will lead data mapping, influence system design, support change delivery and ensure trading and post-trade processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, control and performance. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, technologists, product owners and SMEs, shaping business requirements, improving controls and data flow accuracy and contributing to enterprise-wide operating model improvements.
