About the Role: As the Data Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the SCC''s transition to a service-led operating model. Your mission? To enhance data visibility, drive performance reporting, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) that empower decision-making and continuous improvement! Key Accountabilities Include: Service Performance and Insight: - Develop impactful performance reporting and dashboards. - Create and refine KPIs and KRIs to support strategic initiatives. - Conduct trend analysis and generate insightful reports. Data Management and Reporting: - Enhance the quality and consistency of operational data. - Streamline reporting processes and automate reporting tasks. - Provide support for Power BI and other reporting tools. Service Catalogue and Performance Framework: - Assist in developing the SCC Service Catalogue and performance framework. - Ensure services are well-defined, owned, and measurable. - Align performance measures with SCC objectives.
