Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Data Administrator for our HMP Norwich psychosocial substance use service. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative and data processing support to the HMP Norwich Phoenix Futures team. 3949Responsibilities

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the data infrastructure within the service. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the staff team at HMP Norwich, including data collection and analysis.Using systems to create and maintain databases, documents, and correspondence.Attending and taking minutes at meetings, and maintaining digital filing and case management systems.Use NDTMS to submit service data and prison systems to access relevant prison information for client care.About You
