Overview
Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Data Administrator for our HMP Norwich psychosocial substance use service. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative and data processing support to the HMP Norwich Phoenix Futures team. The role is instrumental in ensuring the service is able to provide effective psychosocial substance use support in a complex and fast paced environment.Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the data infrastructure within the service.Provide administrative and secretarial support to the staff team at HMP Norwich including data collection and analysis.Attend and take minutes at meetings, and maintain digital filing and case management systems.Use NDTMS to submit service data, and prison systems to access relevant prison information for client care.About you / Qualifications
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills and initiative, with clear and effective communication both verbally and written.Key tasks include using systems to create and maintain databases, documents and correspondence.Experience in attending and taking minutes at meetings, maintaining digital filing and case management systems.Proficiency with NDTMS data submission and accessing prison information for client care.Motivated and passionate about recovery with transferable skills.Commitment to inclusivity and equity of opportunity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.What’s in it for you

There will also be an brief aptitude test, in the form of a short systems task.
