Damp and Mould Technician£33,350 per annumChelmsfordFull-TimePermanentWe are looking for a Damp and Mould Technician to conduct comprehensive property inspections and develop detailed, accurate work specifications for all properties, applying advanced analytical skills. Collaborate with in-house teams, surveyors, and contractors to ensure that remedial DMC works are thoroughly documented and reported, facilitating the completion of these works to high standards, within designated timeframes and budgets, in alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure customer support can be reliably delivered from all parts of the business. Perform a variety of tasks across multiple trade disciplines, maintaining a flexible approach to promote the efficiency and financial sustainability of the service provided.What you''ll be doingConduct inspections of homes to identify the cause of damp, mould and/or condensationUndertake mould washing and other damp and mould treatment works, where required, to remove the risk of damp.Collaborate with and support all customers, including residents and leaseholders, over works to be carried out, to provide an excellent customer service which meets business objectives.Where appropriately trained, undertake to a good standard basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating works as required to complete repairs and renewals and ensure that works are delivered in a high standard, professional, customer focused and efficient way.Using ..... full job details .....
